Fall - Archery* Oct 1, 2010 - Oct 24, 2010 1 bird of either sex per hunter each fall
Fall - Firearm* Oct 20, 2010 - Oct 24, 2010 1 bird of either sex per hunter each fall
Squirrel
Aug 15, 2010 - Jan 31, 2011 5 per day
Ruffed Grouse
Oct 1, 2010 - Dec 31, 2010 2 per day
* Areas for fall turkey seasons will be determined after 2009 spring turkey harvest
No more than one bird of either sex may be taken in the fall turkey season, regardless of method. A separate turkey license is needed for the spring and fall turkey season, regardless of success. For example, if a hunter is not successful for the spring turkey season, the purchase of a fall turkey license is still necessary to hunt turkeys in the fall.

New Service for Fishermen on a Budget
J & R Guide Service as had such a demand for advice on Patoka Lake and Monroe Reservoir that I have added a new service for new Fisherman to the sport and for Fisherman on a budget visiting Patoka or Monroe for the first time .
$ 50 - Send J & R Guide Service a Hot Spot Map of Patoka or Monroe Lake and I will mark your map with some proven good locations to fish for Crappie , Blugill , Bass , Catfish , Wipers and Yellow Bass and White Bass .
$100 - I will include with your Marked map a detailed letter explainning how to fish these areas in relation to which kind of baits , depth of water to fish , live and artifical , bait color , boat positioning , lure retrieval rates of speeds , how to fish the available structure in the area , how to use the wind to your advantage . This mapp does not include all of the deep water brush piles that we fish with GPS coordinates , nor does it include all of the places that we fish on Patoka or Monroe . It is sure a good place to start .
This new service will mostly help the Fisherman new to the sport or for the Fisherman visiting Patoka Lake or Monroe Reservoir for the first time that is on a budget . There is no substitute for actually being with a Guide in his boat , but this new service is alot better than going it alone on a new lake .
